The products that Cleethorpes Mobility Scooter Centre Limited supply are of a very high standard, being unless otherwise stated, of pristine condition directly from our suppliers. If a piece of equipment that we supply has been previously owned this will be stated clearly on our website, along with any wear/tear or defects.

Payments can be made with all major credit and debit cards with our PayPal Secure Payment gateway. Once placed your order will be processed by our Sales Team who comply fully with the Data Protection act and Computer Misuse Act.
We only deliver to addresses within mainland UK – standard local delivery, within a 50 mile radius is free. Products will not be dispatched until they have been paid for in full, along with postage and any handling charge or engineer set-up charge.
UK residents who are chronically sick or disabled themselves or who are buying for someone else who is chronically sick/disabled qualify for VAT relief when purchasing from Freedom Mobility Centre. For more information please see our VAT Relief Guide.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances we process all orders placed within one working day and make delivery within 7 days. Any delivery times given by any member of the Freedom Mobility Centre team are estimated and as such offer no guarantee of delivery on that date/time - unless previously stipulated by one of our team. In cases where we have the required product(s) in stock, we will endeavour to provide next day delivery.
In cases where an engineer is required to set-up or install the product there will be a fee of £90 — the fee will cover the setting up your mobility equipment, along with a safety briefing on how to use your item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure the engineer has safe, unimpeded access to deliver and install your equipment — Cleethorpes Mobility Scooter Centre Limited are not responsible for any failure of delivery if this it is prevented due to matters beyond our control, or for any damage caused to any product or premises due to poor access.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately to us within 24 hours. Damaged goods must be held by the buyer for inspection. In addition to reporting the damaged item(s) you may be requested to supply photos of the damage.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 2 week (14 Calendar Days) cooling off period in which our customers can determine suitability for their requirement. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the buyer wishes to return equipment to us the goods must then be delivered at the buyer's own cost within the 14 day period of the date of the email notification, sent previously by the buyer. We do not refund any supplementary costs incurred by the buyer. Alternatively customers can return their orders in person to our shop. In all returns a reference will need to accompany the goods, regarding the sale of the item, the product code and the identity of the buyer. If product(s) are not returned in their original condition, Freedom Mobility Centre reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, delivery or labour.
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks (14 Calendar Days) following receipt of goods. Refunds are made via PayPal or by cheque.
Generally, all of our products are guaranteed for at-least twelve months by the manufacturer. A product warranty does not cover items used outside of Mainland UK, nor does it include the cost of the hire or purchase of a replacement product(s). Furthermore, warranties are valid only if you maintain and use the product as directed. Our warranty covers only personal use of the product and not business use. If there are multiple users of a product under warranty then we would not cover any faults, nor would a warranty cover a product that has been modified in any way.

All product prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of the costs and charges of packaging, insurance and transportation. All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Errors and omissions excepted.
